Although Federal Law has determined that hemp derived CBD is legal, certain states have banned the sale of any form of hemp/CBD products. Additionally, certain states have banned the sale of edibles. To remain compliant with individual state laws, we have removed those states from our checkout cart. As legislation is fluent, we will continue to monitor progress in states that currently ban our products.
